    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes you are right employees are assigned ratings twice a year . And i also have a flag that checks whether the employee is there in the organisayion or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is possible that an employee who get a rating for eg in april he could leave the organisation within the next six months or even later .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi qlikview Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a count of x no of employees who are alotted rating on April&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and this rating is valid for the next 6 months upto october and then fresh rating is given in october&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now how do i find out of those x no of employees who have left the organisation within the corresponding 1 year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eg if employee is given rating on 01/04/2015&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then i need to check whether he has left the organisatin between 01/04/2015 to 31/03/2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if employee is given rating on 01/10/2015&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then i need to check whether he has left the organisatin between 01/10/2015 to 30/09/2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nadeem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your post talks about employees getting ratings twice a year, not about any data that signifies that an employee has left the organisation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should we conclude that an employee has "probably" left the organisation in a period of six months when the next rating is simply missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
