Any ideas for this error?

Does any one know why when my clients are in the Qlikview is being opened display, this error appear:

iis_authenticate = could not be opened

It just starts yerterday, any help???

Hi Carlos ,

We also faced similar problems while deploying our document.

What i understand is , its more to do with Server access (IIS) .Kindly communicate with server admin guys & make sure your IIS permissions are enabled .

Hi Brushan,

The problem in here with this is that all the permissions are enabled, the people who found the error can saw the document normally, but the error started to appear, anyone has an idea???

Hello,

we are having the same problem:

If one user opens any QV application which are builtin in our CRM application in a HTML frame she gets this error message. ;-(
If she opens the same applications from within the Access Point it is working.

No other users do have this problem.

Any ideas???
