Problem with mail users preferences QlikView

Hello.

I am trying to send emails with alerts, but when I configure the mail users preferences I can't establish the connection.

I tried with different mail providers but none worked (outlook, yahoo, I didn't try with gmail for the prefferences of security) . When I test the connection QlikView returns the following error message:

"Could not connect to server. Last Response: Unexpected AUTH PLAIN response, Last Response: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first".

I used the next parameters:

WITH OUTLOOK:

Server:

Address: smtp-mail.outlook.com

Port: 587

Authentication Method: AUTH PLAIN and AUTH LOGIN

User ID: A account of hotmail (example@hotmail.com)

Password: the correspondent hotmail's password

WITH YAHOO

Server:

Address: smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Port: 25 and 465

Authentication Method: AUTH PLAIN and AUTH LOGIN

User ID: A account of yahoo (example@yahoo.com)

Password: the correspondent yahoo's password

If you are in the LAN of your company then you have to use the SMTP server of your company. Within a LAN, normaly you can not send via an external SMTP server.
