      <title>Floor Function Inconsistent</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help explaining to me. We have a need to ROUND DOWN to two decimals and the only way I believe is by using the FLOOR functions. However, it seems to be &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;inconsistent. As you can see below, on some of them it actually drops down 1 decimal.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot use round, I have to ROUND DOWN. So 1.678 becomes 1.67 and NOT 1.68. This is just example data, and I found some inconsistencies in my actual data and started testing, that is why I posted here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
