    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have an issue. I did some search in the community but seems no one has experienced this issue yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 30 different Apps in Access Point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;access to any app in Access Point by user that consumes resource in CPU or RAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This occurs instantly when user click app in Access Point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, there is one app which doesn't show this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see User is on that App from QMC (Status-&amp;gt;QVS Statistics)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is so weird but there is no movement in CPU or Memory consumption.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;User gets eventually session lost or no connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all apps work fine but one app has this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can any one get me a tip?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI - i just listed below that i have done so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service restart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server Restart &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Folder QlikTeck or PGO file has been removed and recreated by QV service but didn't help. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
