      <title>Lease Licensing not working on Server</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a Qlik server which can be accessed through RDP using 3-4 user accounts. We work on multiple QlikView applications and lease license from the server regularly. However, today we saw that the desktop application is not able to lease a license from the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have already taken care of following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. user account has a NAMED Cal on the server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The Allow License lease check box on QMC is enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. have tried enabling the URL in the Settings--&amp;gt;User preferences--&amp;gt; Locations--&amp;gt;QMC and QV server access point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If we try to lease a license using the "Open in Server" option we can open the applications defined in QMC path, however the QlikView desktop application still shows the "Personal Edition" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried clearing the licensing and applying the same, restarted the Qlik Services but the issue is not resolving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly let me know if we can get any resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sonali&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
