Bar chart issue

I need help in bar chart i am facing some issue

i have Receive_Date as calander

In bar chart i need to show three month data:

if selected Receive_Date as 7 feb it should check jan 7 is there bring and show in bar chart as Dec 6 , Jan 6 and Feb 6 in chart

if Receive_Date is 7 Feb and Jan 7 data is not available it should pick the max of Receive_Date in the month of Jan and if Dec 7 Data is there have to show in the chart

I can't upload data form off

Can you talk the sample inload and solve it dear

example:

talk Dec data as

Receive_Date as 5 Dec and 31 Dec

For Jan 7 Jan 31 Dec

For Feb 7 and 6 Feb 5 Feb

in bar chart if i select Feb 7 it should compare with Jan data 7 Jan is not there pick the Jan 31 in chart and Dec 31 in bar chart .

if i select 5 Feb it should be 7 Feb and 31 Jan and 5 Dec should be shown

i need set analysis

Can you post sample/dummy data or app containing dummy data that best represents your scenario
