Load Monthly chart based on Month dropdown

I have to load the chart(Line/Bar) where it displayed the sales value from the till the month selected.

The Fiscal Year(FY) starts from Dec to Nov and month dropdown will be loaded followed by it.

For Egs: If the FY selected is Dec15 to Nov16, all the months will be loaded in the dropdown as Dec15, Jan 16, Feb 16 ....Nov16.

If Mar16 is selected, then the line chart should display the sales value from Dec15, Jan16, Feb16 and Mar16.

The chart should be dynamic and should load values from Dec15 till the month selected in the dropdown.

Currently if I select the month only the selected month is displayed in the chart. But this needs to be from Dec till Month selected.

Can anyone please help or suggest ideas. Can I use this by set analysis. If so how can the month dimension be dynamic.
