Text colour not changing as required

I need to change the text colour of Service availability as per below guidelines

1. if service availability is less than or equal to the 99.49 it should be red in colour

2. if service availability is greater than the Threshold it should be green

3. if service availability is less than threshold but greater than or equal to 99.5 it should be amber

I have attached my file..if you notice service id 23670 if 99.76% and fall in the category 3. I am getting black colour for it instead of amber. The rest of the values have the requisite colours except service id 235670

Can anybody help what is going wrong in my expression for text colour?

Hi Sanjyot,

Replace theshold with theshold numeric field in dimension tab, you will meet ur requirement,
