Can't change document properties security access

Hi,

I am currently trying to implement security access for a customer. On a Qlikview 9.00 SR1 version.

However the problem I currently encounter is that when I change a document security access setting. It is changed back to default after I open it again (after aply and ok). The weird thing is that it works ok when I built a new application. However on the existing reports I can't change the settings because they keep changing back to the default settings.

Is anyone familair with this problem?

And btw this is my first post 🙂

Well it appeared it was some kind of bug. When I used a version 9.00 SR2 I didn't encounter any problems. So I guess my customer is using a bit dated software 🙂

Hi dutchman,

you (and your customer) should upgrate to SR6. This seems to me to be a very stable and reliable version. SR01 and SR02 wasn't so. For my oppinion: we are waiting a few weeks till changing to V10.

I have to submit this month a proposal for a higher version so I guess this is already one of the reasons I can state in favor of upgrading.

For now we can work with the SR2 version. But I will propose the SR6 or maybe the 10 version.
