How do I remove synthetic keys?

Hi all,

I'm having trouble building my table relationship in Qlikview. I have four tables: CSA, Template, Orders, and Customers. A customer can have a CSA or a Template (not both). I sense that this may be causing some redundancy but I'm not sure how to remove it. Any advice? I've attached an image of my relationships to make it easier to see.
