I have a data file that is an Excel Worksheet. When I attempt to load into Qlikview in the script editor, the file wizard does not recognize there being any data there. I select the 'File Type' as .xlsx and choose embedded labels. No data appears. I have never encountered this issue before. Any suggestions on what I may be doing incorrectly?

Have you saved your qvw before attempting to load your file using the wizard? Try saving it and then doing this again and see if that helps

I actually see the problem now, however it leads me to another problem unfortunately.

The data (which is from an automatic data offload) comes in formatted as a table in Excel. When I convert it to a range manually, the file wizard recognizes the column names and displays the data and allows me to load in normally.

Is there a way in the scrip to convert to a range to avoid having to do so manually?

My data file (Excel) is a table with each column having filters (This is just how the data comes from the source) I manually went into the file and converted the table to a normal range of data (basically just removed the filters) and then when I went back into the data, the file loaded normally, no problem.
