How to exclude values in an expression?

Hi,

I have the following expression to include specific values, but how can I do the same to exclude values? this because I have another field that I need to use but exclude just 3 and include the rest:

SUM ({$<[Escalated State]= {'De-Escalated','Resolved/Closed','Escalated'}>}[Escalated Case Count])

How can I do the exclusion?

Please advise.

May be this:

Sum({$<[Escalated State] -= {'De-Escalated','Resolved/Closed','Escalated'}>}[Escalated Case Count])

or this:

Sum({$<[Escalated State] = e({<[Escalated State] = {'De-Escalated','Resolved/Closed','Escalated'}>})>} [Escalated Case Count])
