Please provide all possible resolution of QVX_PIPE_ERROR with OLEDB read failed. I'm getting this error frequently.

There is some certain time to fetch the data from database.

if that time exceeds to extract data then u will get QVX PIPE error ,

try to optimize query or lomit the data load

The issue is most likely systems resources. Check the QVS.exe process to see if it consumes a large amout of the CPU or Memory. A Qlikview server service restart may help, but a actual Windows Server restart should fix it for a week or so depending on your qvd reload size.
