Section Access Requirement

Hi Guys,

I have a data is at user Level as Below

User

Region

City

Team

and want to implement a Section Access for User.

Here Client will fill Excel as below

User	Access
USER A	ALL
USER B	USER
USER C	REGION
USER D	CITY
USER E	TEAM

Here it should work like

For User A : All Access

For User B : it should only have his user Access
For User C : He Should have all the Access of his Region irrespective of User.(All User of his Region).

For User D : He Should have all the Access of his City irrespective of User.(All User of his City).

For User E : He Should have all the Access of his Team irrespective of User.(All User of his Team).

any help is appreciated.
