Dear Folks,

Need urgent help , recently we have done Http to Https certificate configuration : Certificate has been linked to IIS and it is running fine.

Also we have forwarded old (http://XXX.com/) link to new (https://XXX.com/) one , so that users should not face any issue on Access Point page , but unfortunately few users are getting below pop-up while trying to open Access Point page and for other it is working fine.

Even in my machine all good , I'm also not getting this popup.

Please advise what can be done.

Its seems this is windows firewall issue.

Have checked firewall settings? Try turn ON or turn OFF firewall option.

I think its not a problem.
