      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can often get those Oracle errors if the Oracle database is down or in a seriously poorly way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably one for your dba to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
