Water fall model.

Hi All,

Need some help in the waterfall model.

Please find the attachment for what I have done,(Which is far away from the look of it.) Am unable to get the correct expression for the bar offset to make it look like one. As the values on the Y-axis may be varying, I can't go with a hard coded subtraction process mentioned in many blogs. Please help
