getting selection for max year and previous month

Need to show default selection for Max years last month(Previous month).Can you please suggest how to go ahead.

Hi Kishor,

Go to settings>>Document Properties>>Triggers>>Document Event Triggers>>On Open>>Add Actions>>Add>>selection>>Select in field>>enter the field eg(date) and max(date) in Search String

I have 2 separate field Month and Year

and selection would be March 2017 by default.

Month(AddMonths(Year(Max(Date),-1)))
