      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While trying to install the x64 SR4 version (now there is a SR1 on the machine) the setup crashes after the first 'Next' screen ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only error is Installation ended prematurely because of an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to uninstall SR1 before installing SR4. In fact SR4 is not able to deal with previous installations automatically (don't know whether it's a bug or a feature, even support couldn't tell me) - usually you should get a message to uninstall, but perhaps with x64 they even forgot the message &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt; ..
