    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I encountered this strange issue today one dependency task failed this morning in Qmc so the other 2 tasks depending on this task din't refresh check the image &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="test1.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" height="112" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/164005_test1.PNG" style="height: 112px; width: 1157.33px;" width="1158" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What strange thing is dashboard got refreshed in access point and locally in server, guys do any of you faced this kind of issue ? if so what happening hear ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="test2.PNG" class="jive-image image-2" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/164042_test2.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just by that, there's not much information to go on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What it seems is that somenone maybe ran the apps on desktop (opened the app on server or remotely on their machines and ran them) and by doing so, the server won't update accordingly, showing the error was still there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the log for the app probably is ok now, I would wait for the next error of the same kind and check the logs to see if it was some kind of server timeout or app problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Felipe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
