Axis static step for Scatter Chart

When I set a static step value for my scatter chart, the axis takes on the formatting of the expression.

How can I keep the expression formatted as is, but show the axis formatted as integers?

Thanks for the reply. When I change the variable, the axis step doesn't change.

What do you mean the change of Variable over here, Can you explain little more the issue

If the variable that I'm using for the static step is confusing, forget about it.

If you edit the chart and put in any static step value for the x-axis (try 5), the axis formatting will change to display 6 decimal places (like the X expression).

I want to be able to specify a static step without changing the formatting on the axis.

No. You've changed the formatting for the X expression. Now when I hover over the chart, I don't see the actual values for the X expression.

I want the X expression to show 6 decimals and the axis to show integers. This is the case when the axis step is automatic, but when you change to static step the axis takes on the formatting of the X expression.

I'm thinking that this is a bug. This can't be what anyone would want.

Yeah, the formatting can be annoying.

The only thing I've change is changing number format of X expression to expression default.
