Looking for a Date Change

Hello:

I currently have a table with a field named Action Step Revised Target Date. I am looking to see if this date has changed at all period over period.

I load all of my source files with a column named Load Date and for all of my set analysis I use the following statement for all of the analysis I perform

{<[Load Date] = {'$(=Max([Load Date]))'}>}

I know how to check previous values in QV, however, I do not know how to see if a date field [Action Step Revised Target Date] has changed period over period since it is not a count.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you provide sample data and expected result.
