Urgent : Input box not working in touch device

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue where if a user logs in with an touch device, the input box drop down stops working. Therefore can we stop this auto detection from Qlikview and serve every user as a mouse user. Please let us know if this is feasible and if yes, how can we acheive it? Thank you.

Hi Supriya,

If you want drop down why don't you prefer a multibox.

Create an inline table and then use this in multibox

Thank you for your reply. This is an existing application using an input box for drop down as per the requirement.

One of my user is using windows 10 and the input box drop down in touch device is not working for him,the same is working for me in windows 7 .I checked in internet explorer
