So, I'm using NPrinting (16.5) to push out a series of reports based on an org structure.

I use filters on different tasks on a single report so that each area gets a report emailed to them.

If for any given run of the task there is no data for the 'Service' area then NPrinting cannot match the filter and so dumps all business areas into the report.

Therefore I must use Verify Filter, which ensures that each area gets only its own data.

The downside to this means that no email is sent to 'Service' when there is no data. This means that 'Service' wonder why they have not received an email for the period.

I don't want to have to mess with the data set to ensure there is a full representation of all business areas but I do need them to receive an email regardless whether there is data for their area.

There must be a way to do this.
