Please help to filter data using calender object.

Hi All,

Please help me to filter data using the calender object. Find the qvw attachment with sample data and my fields.

1. Data needs to be filtered based on the calender input.
2. Once I click on clear all button then data selection needs to be cleared and should show the data between the current month range.
( ex: if we filtered May month (1st to 31st) data through calender and then click on clear button and data needs to be filtered from (June 3rd to June 29th ).

Please advice.

When click on clear all button. data needs to be filtered from june 3rd to june 29th. I am not able to find it in your application.

I assume, You have to use search string over the same like below. And how about Year, Which year dates you want to filter after hitting the button or Clear all?

='>=' & Date(Today(),'dd-MMM-yyyy') & '<=' & Date(Today()+14,'dd-MMM-yyyy')

Is this separate box or you want in same box. Because, If you want to get 2 actions at a time like ClearAll() and then follow condition won't work at a time. Please confirm me

yes anil that is also posted by me.

I will explain my scenario in detail.

currently I have calender object with date min and max values (may 1st to June 29th). but by default, when end user opens that particular tab (say emp details) data needs to be displayed from june 3rd to june 29th. (i.e min date of latest/current month to max date of latest/current month.). I have placed sheet level trigger to get that and achived the same.

Also I am able to filter the data based on selections in calender. (say may 1st to may 31st). this is also fine.

now problem is with clear all button.

clear all button (text object) needs to clear the data whatever selected in calender object. ( again need to set back to min date of latest/current month to max date of latest/current month. (june 3rd to june 29th). I am not able to set this back.

Please advice.
