I'm seeing some different behavior with input boxes when I view a document on QVS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my dev version, if I have an input box that contains a variable holding an expression, then when I go to edit the input box I see that the value is an expression:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="4-19-2017scrshot.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/160552_4-19-2017scrshot.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="4-19-2017scrshot2.PNG" class="jive-image image-2" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/160556_4-19-2017scrshot2.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I view the same input box on QVS, I get this behavior:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="4-19-2017scrshot3.PNG" class="jive-image image-3" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/160557_4-19-2017scrshot3.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="4-19-2017scrshot4.PNG" class="image-4 jive-image" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/160558_4-19-2017scrshot4.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see, it looks like the input box no longer shows the raw content of the variable. The display/aesthetics of it don't really bother me. The problem is that as soon as you click on that value, it is setting the variable to the calculated value, whereas on my development program, it retains the expression as the raw content. Any insight as to why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
