Sankey chart extension not working in Access Point

Hi QV Gurus,

I am using sankey chart extension from below URL:

I am able to design the required chart in QV under web view but when I am publishing this application to server, I am unable to see sankey chart visualization in Access Point.

I am using QV server: QV11 SR 12 and IE 11

Also, In access point (AJAX) when I right click I can see sankey chart available as a new object but no visualization appear even after configuring that chart, however, it is working fine in QV desktop web view.

Please help.
