Nprinting import recipient Freezing

Hi all,

Please check the below log of my Nprinting scheduled report. on the nprinting server the schedule is running but in fact if we check the log it's freezing as shown below on the import recipients.

the weird thing is that when running the task of import recipient manually from the nprinting designer the task is running and finishing successfully.(check below screen highlighted in yellow)
