I did the improvement plan I did the migration from 11.2 to 12.1 I have two Qlikview servers and the error occurs in the URL of Qlikkview 12.1 In Qlikview 11.2 the same URL works without errors.

I discard the network problem and both computers are in the same segment.
And use the same user.

The solution is to replace the accent in the file name. Note that this is not a problem in version 11 of the platform. Greetings and thanks.
