Hello!

We detect errors in the server logs (event log) every few days. (messages only in the period from 5 to 6 a.m.)

System: PGO - File exception during init: An unknown error occurred while accessing \\server1\QVProject\QVApps\CalData.pgo.

System: PGO - File exception during init: An unknown error occurred while accessing \\server1\QVProject\QVApps\IniData.pgo.

System: PGO - File exception during init: An unknown error occurred while accessing \\server1\QVProject\QVApps\ServerCounters.pgo.

How we can fix it?

Did you found the cause? It would be nice to know because I have the same errors on QV 12.10 SR8 Ent. Server.

Did you solve the errore?. i am also getting same error.

QVGeneral: PGO - File exception during init: An unknown error occurred while accessing C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents\IniData.pgo.

Check your anti virus program.

Sometimes they can lock the pgo files.

We have the same error, when we have group policies are applied, is there anyway around this? as the solution we have is a reboot and recreate the .pgo file?
