    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have any issue,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have implemented section access in dashboard and it was working fine in access point also,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suddenly, the dashboard is not loading for all users, and the same dashboard opening in production system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I know what may be the issue and how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sampath&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Till yesterday every user able to load the dashboard in access point, but today they are unable to load the same dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the other dashboards which are not having section access all are opening fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only one dashboard not opening and section access implemented here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sampath&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Hi Sampath,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Place where this issue might be caused is the shared and meta files in access point might be deleted or corrupted&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your shared and metafiles are available then open this file and check whether which user is having what access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try redistributing this document again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pankaj&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
