OnOpen Trigger - Reload

I'm trying to trigger a (Partial) Reload upon opening a Document. I can see that in a different Document someone in my team has created that Trigger but I cannot find it in the list of "Edit Action(s)..." on my new Document. Can anyone shed any light on this? I am using v12.10.0.0 and from what I read this option was made available in v11 (onwards?).

Hi Shane,

You have to create a new action on your new document.

Please navigate to document properties and follow the same as shown in the above image.

As I explained there is no option to reload. i.e.

Is this a version thing perhaps? Something only in v11 and not in v12?

Reloading the application on Open will cause potential issue i.e. when multiple users open the document then the document gets reloaded that many times.

As a workaround, you can put a button on screen with Action to reload the application or trigger a macro to provide same functionality.

The Documents we use are Desktop tools (not on the server) so the multi-user scenario isn't an issue. I rather not do a work-around as it's not as "neat" but are you saying this option which was clear there at some point is no longer available?
