Hide column in report but not in exported excel

Hi,

I would like to hide a specific column in my straight table but it should be viable after exporting to excel. Is there any way to do this?

May be use a Macro to export which exports a hidden chart... or something similar

Format the expression so the text colour is white text and the background color is white.

White on white will not be visible on screen but will export OK.

If I could use macros I usually use specialized objects mostly hidden on an extra sheet. If not I would use a variable (maybe vExport) within the visibility-conditions of the objetcs and/or dimensions/expressions with the value of 0 or 1. And this could be applied to multiple columns and objects.
