Same selection value for multiple fields

Hi there,

I have tried to search for solution but apparently do not use correct keywords.

Imagine I have table with several (really a lot) of fields:

ID, Field1, Field2, Prefix1_Test, Prefix2_Test, Prefix3_Test

In general if there is value in one of Prefix fields there should be no value in other Prefixes. Remaining Fileds are indepedent

What I want to achieve?

With List Box or Multi Box have ability to select one (or more) of possible values from all (or selected) Prefix fields

I have tried Prefix1_Test & Prefix2_Test (no success at all)

As well triggers to select in field (selecting only one of Prefix fields randomly)
