Has anyone experienced any problems importing a sheet layout from another v10 export? It seems to export just fine but on the import nothing happens.

Same issue. That used to work fine in v9!

I have the same problem - export to XML seems broken in v10.

If I export sheet layout from v9 the *.xml file is 7.6MB, 209,000 rows.

If I export the same sheet in v10 the file is 34kb, 1,000 rows.

Clearly something is not working.

Where is "Export Sheet Layout" on V10 personal edition.?

It used to be under File-->Export-->Export Sheet Layout

No longer can I find it! I usually develop on desktop version and then port to server - Have they moved it?

I don't know if it is supposed to work like this, or if it is just a work around but QV 10 can segment the qvw into different files, one of them would be your layot.

In our company we are going to upgrade 300+ users from v9 to v11.2

With v9, users created and saved hundreds of sheet layouts that they are used to load every time they need it: we can not just tell them that all their work will be lost, because Qlik simply removed that nice feature

So we are now searching for ANY work around for this

Erich talked about something like this but the link he posted is now broken...

Please, did anyone face the same problem and found a way to load saved sheet layouts into v11?
