Issues saving dashboard with inputfields

Community,

Has anyone come across this issue where your dashboards simply will not save properly after you have made changes to some inputfields within the DB itself? Instead, every time you hit save (which normally takes a good 5-10 seconds or so to properly save my qvw) it saves right away and creates these .TMP files everywhere. And by not saving properly, this issue effectively wipes out ALL work and time spent making input changes to your file beforehand.

Please let me know if this is a known issue and/or if there a specific issue related to input fields that I should be looking into to fix this. Below is a sample of 4 unsuccessful save attempts of a qvw that has changes made to inputfields.
