Multiple expression sub total in Pivot table

Hi,

I have a pivot table with 4 dimensions and 2 expressions. 2 of the dimensions are pivoted and are along the columns. The table looks like below. The cells highlighted in green is the MainCategory and the one's below are the sub Category.

Columns C & D is a partial sum at the MainCategory level, which is set in the presentation tab.

I want to add totals to this table where the total = (Current AY + Prior AY) for every MainCategory. The table should look like below:

Any help is appreciated.

This may not be available directly, but there are work around you can use to make this possible.... would you be able to provide sample data to show how this can be done?
