Qlikview Nprinting Server Error

Hello,

We are firing daily 40-45 reports from Nprinting server, and its run successfully everyday, but

Today 25 reports was fired successfully, after than I have got error as below from Nprinting server.

Don't know suddenly why these happen without any reason.

and also below message (message from Interactive system):

Due to these error Nprinting server has been stuck, stopped all schedulers.

Any one has any idea about these type of issue.

Please help me.

Hi,

Your QlikView Desktop lost her license.

You can lease one with File > Open on server, selection one app and close your QlikView Desktop.

thanks for quick reply.

When we tried to open QVW manually it is opening successfully.

In addition to it, After this issue when we have started sending report by Nprinting designer manually is working fine,

Still,

I don't have exact reason (resolution) why these happen suddenly by Nprinting server.

It's the same Windows account between NPrinting designer ans NPrinting server?
