Hi Guys,

we have qlikview server located in the US; the performance in EMEA of QlikView are really poor.

Question:

There's any way to publish the app on the access-point and at the same time have the app automatically generating a .QVW file with the updated data? In this way the user can open directly the qvw file (using QV Desktop) instead of going through the access point. Could make sense?
There's any way to have the app published on the access point, automatically executing a macro that extract also 3 different tables availale on qlikview?

Yes. Create another Publisher task that "Distributes to Folder". The Folder can be located at the other side of the globe.
I don't think so. The Publisher doesn't run macros. But you can export internal tables during execution of the load script.

If you don't have a Publisher, then consider bying a license. It makes life a lot easier.
