topic Button action overrides Lock in QlikView https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView/Button-action-overrides-Lock/m-p/1404475#M425484 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hi All</P><P>Is it by design or an error?</P><P></P><P>When selecting few values in a ListBox and then applying Lock no other values (greyed out) can be selected.</P><P>However,&nbsp; the Lock is overridden if the selection is within an action of a button (or any other object that can perform commands).</P><P></P><P>Is that how it is supposed to perform?</P><P></P><P>I have multiple tabs and each contain Actions,&nbsp; triggered by "On Activate Sheet" such as select Current Year and select Months-to-date, which override Months selected and locked in another tab.
