    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Swetha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Incremental reload Yuo cannot get the new fields added.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can get the old fields but new data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your data is consistent then go for incremental reload. If not then I prefer to go for Full load Instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to start on incremental reload contact me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can share with you some documents related to that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASHFAQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
