      <title>Unable to open Qlikview first time</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;We are facing below error while accessing Qlikview application (for the first time) through Access point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;After receiving this error, if we refresh the screen then Qlikview application gets opened up. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;For the first time, it throws authentication issue but later on refresh it works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Can anyone please help?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Network is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On checking webserver logs, I found that when I am logging in for the first time I am getting below information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create client: No User&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create client: Mode=Anonymous&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I am logging in second time, proper credentials gets passed here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
