      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within the Report Editor, is there any way to change the default for Item Settings? By default, the Stretch is set as "Fill with Aspect". I would like it to default to Clip.
