XL Export Icon missing in Accesspoint

Need a help to resolve the issue indicated below

Version details

QlikView server

OS - Windows 2012R2

64-bit

QlikView version

- QlikView V12.0.20100.0 SR2 64-bit

I have found that XL icons missing when the QlikView app open using access point

I can see the icons in the designer in normal view and Web view and this happens only when the document is open in the web via access point.

Currently using Ajax plugin

XL icon missing in IE browser and Firefox browser

I have updated the setting.ini file parameter

electionStampinBIFFExport =1 in the server

Restarted all the QlikView services

Hi All

I have resolved this issue

Follow the steps below

Open QMC

Go to Documents , User Documents , Select the document you wish to have XL icons , Go to Server tab

Go to Availability Tab

Tick the selection - Print and Export to Excel

Then Apply the changes

Go to status (QMC Top Left) in the QMC and reload the document

This will publish the changes you have made and you will see the XL export button now
