How to count members from group except other group ?

hi to all ,

i need for each sys - to count (dynamicly) workers , for example from grp 1 that not exist in grp 2 ( or from grp 3 that not exist in grp 1 ....) - the count replies only to status 1 :

( class is no metter )

to chose those 2 groups from list-box - and see result in a text box ,

thanks..

more specific : if i chose grp 1 VS grp 3 - the result must be 3 because wrk 1,wrk 3,wrk 4 in grp 1 BUT not in grp 3 ,

( and all of there rows status=1 ). !
