This mean the status was changed in a previews status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to count the total of the tickets where the&amp;nbsp; status have been changed or reopen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How I can do this in QV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
