Reopen tickets

Hi All,

I would like to ask you if is possible to count all the reopen tickets in the below scenario

LOAD * INLINE [

ID, Status, Open Date, Close Date

1, Close, 12/05/2017, 13/05/2017

2, Work In Progress, 12/05/2017

3, Cleared, 12/05/2017

4, Cleared, 13/05/2017

5, Cleared, 13/05/2017

6, Close, 13/05/2017, 14/05/2017

7, Work In Progress, 14/05/2017

8, Cleared, 14/05/2017

9, Close, 14/05/2017, 15/05/2017

10, Cleared, 14/05/2017

11, Cleared, 14/05/2017

12, Close, 15/05/2017, 15/05/2017

13, Work In Progress, 15/05/2017

14, Close, 16/05/2017, 17/05/2017

15, Cleared, 16/05/2017

];

Now I have tickets Id: 3 and 4 which are Cleared status and someone would amend their status into Work in Progress. This mean the status was changed in a previews status.

I want to count the total of the tickets where the status have been changed or reopen.

How I can do this in QV?

I expected to see by month that I had 2 reopen tickets.
