Exporting to Excel - Pivot Grouping Issue

Hi All,

I want to export a pivot table like the one below, but not have the exported table repeat the Group1 value.

Instead I want to achieve this result:

NOTE: I don't want to use the indent mode, unless you can configure the indent mode to display exactly the above result.
