    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I get the 'error contacting the server', when I want to add a new access point in the Qlikview Mobile Client on my iPad. The address I have used to get to the AP is our regular portal address: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://portaladdress" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://portaladdress&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, (which works in a browser) but also using our ip-address instead:&amp;nbsp; ' &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://90.145.xxx.xx/qlikview" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://90.145.xxx.xx/qlikview&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;' and without the qlikview, and with /qlikview/web. But always the error pops up. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to reach our portal when I type in these addresses in a browser. For webservices we use IIS, and I have set the Authentication -&amp;gt; Anonymous authentication 'Enabled' -&amp;gt; setting = application pool identity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The access point is setup to use Full Browser and Small Device Version&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use Qlikview 11.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have an idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
