Mobile client gives error contacting the server

I get the 'error contacting the server', when I want to add a new access point in the Qlikview Mobile Client on my iPad. The address I have used to get to the AP is our regular portal address: http://portaladdress, (which works in a browser) but also using our ip-address instead: ' http://90.145.xxx.xx/qlikview' and without the qlikview, and with /qlikview/web. But always the error pops up.

I am able to reach our portal when I type in these addresses in a browser. For webservices we use IIS, and I have set the Authentication -> Anonymous authentication 'Enabled' -> setting = application pool identity.

The access point is setup to use Full Browser and Small Device Version

We use Qlikview 11.2

Does anyone have an idea?
