      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for best way to handle duplicate keys. i am currently using the peek function that notes the first instance with and 1 and then adds a 1 to each duplicate record. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if(DSG_EEIDWE = Peek('DSG_EEIDWE'), Peek('DSG_EEIDWECTDSG')+1,1)as DSG_EEIDWECTDSG,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; if(DSG_EEIDWE = Peek('DSG_EEIDWE'), Peek('DSG_EEIDWECTDSG')+1,1)&amp;amp;DSG_EEIDWE as DSG_EEIDWE2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there another way in QlikView to work this out. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vijay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
